Ghulam Hasan Khan   (born 2 July 1994) is an Indian classical musician in the Hindustani music tradition. He belongs to the Rampur-Sahaswan gharana, and is the great-grandson of Ustad Ghulam Sadiq Khan.
Ghulam Hasan Khan the eminent young classical vocalist, is a living embodiment of the continuity of Indian Music tradition through heritage.In an era when music has been reduced to mere entertainment, Ghulam Hasan Khan is a moving and reassuring example of uncompromising purity.Born in 1994 Ghulam Hasan Khan belongs to the Rampur – Sahaswan Gharana which owes its allegiance to Miyan Tansen’s tradition. He was initiated into music at a tender age of 3 years by his father Ustad Ghulam Abbas Khan, a classical vocalist of international repute. He is now being trained under the worthy guidance of his legendary grandfather Padmashri Ustad Ghulam Sadiq Khan, who is one of the finest classical vocalists of India.

EARLY LIFE:
Born in New Delhi,India. He received his initial training from his Grandfather, Ustad Ghulam Sadiq Khan.

As a child he is Having interest in music. His father Ghulam Abbas Khan was among the first to note his musical talents, and for some time trained him in Mumbai.[3] However, he received his main training from Ghulam Sadiq Khan initially at his house in Delhi. A strict disciplinarian, Ghulam Sadiq Khan would insist on voice training (sur sAdhanA) from 11 in the morning, and make Hasan practice one note of the scale for hours on end. A whole day would be spent on practising just a single note. Although Hasan detested these lessons as a child, but the disciplined training shows in his easy mastery of taan (arpeggios) and layakaari today. It was not until he was 10 that Hasan began to truly enjoy his musical training.

CAREER:
Ghulam Hasan Khan gave his first concert at age 10, and the following year, 2006, he performed at a Concert organised by Poorvi Music Foundation  in Delhi. In June 2007, when Ghulam Sadiq Khan was invited to Perform at the prestigious Rashtrapati Bhawan Concert, Delhi, Ghulam Hasan Khan also joined to perform with him and he was just 14 years old.

MUSICAL STYLE:
Gifted with the sonorous and mellifluous voice, Ghulam Hasan Khan specializes in Khayal style which highlights the systematic ‘Badhat’ of Raga, intricate and graceful fast ‘Sapat’ Taans of full three octaves. Smooth Meend and well knitted Sargam patterns, artistically intertwined with rhythmic designs. Apart from Khayal, he also renders Thumri, Tarana, Ghazal, Geet, Sufi and Bhajan with equal ease and dexterity.His mastery of all aspects tonal variations, dynamics and timbre adjustment leave very little to be desired in the realm of voice culture.

PERFORMANCES & ACHIEVEMENTS:
Ghulam Hasan Khan has been performing in India and abroad from the age of 7 years. He performed in many prestigious concerts and festivals in India such as Poorvi Music Foundation Festival 2006, SILSILA Festival 2007,Lalit Kala Academy Kanpur 2008, SILSILA Festival 2009, Aarohi by Pancham Nishad Mumbai 2010 , Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan Yaadgar Sabha Festival 2011, Malhar Utsav 2011 (ICCR), Epicenter Classical Music Series 2011 , SILSILA Festival Mumbai 2011, Triveni Sangeet Sabha , Chandigarh 2011, ITC Music festival NCPA Mumbai 2012, Summer Music Festival(IIC) 2012 , Young Ustads of India Festival 2013 etc,UMAK Festival,under the line-up of Pt.Hariprasad Chaurasia,Ustad Yunus Husain khan memorial society,NAAD BHED (Reality Show)By SPIC MACAY,75th Birth Anniversary of his own Guru,USTAD GHULAM SADIQ KHAN.
He performed in a special concert held at Rashtrapati Bhawan (President House) in 2007 in front of former Honorable President of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.

In 2009 he was invited to perform in Hong Kong University as a young Indian Talent. He also performed in Singapore,Thailand,Malaysia,New Zealand,Australia,China,South Korea,Sydney,Melbourne.. many other Countries & far East countries.
In 2013 he is awarded with the Scholarship in Hidustani Classical Vocal by Sahitya Kala Parishad , Govt. of Delhi.NCR.

He Has Already Released a 3 pack Audio CD,of Indian Classical Music named,DHAROHAR, which is based on the Three-Genrations of Rampur-Sahaswan Gharana.
